Meal Break Policy
It is the policy of Malleable & Ductile Instruments to provide the meal/prayer breaks with the consent of workers. The timing is as follows:
From Saturday to Thursday 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm
For Friday 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm
Note: Sunday is a rest day

Overtime Policy
It is the policy of Malleable and Ductile Instruments not to force any worker to do overtime. If the company requires workers to do overtime, consent shall be obtained from the workers beforehand. Overtime hours and payments shall be made in accordance with labor laws and workplace standard guidelines.”
